Most engagements start with a scoping call — usually 45 to 60 minutes — where we listen to the situation, ask clarifying questions, and assess whether our approach fits. If it seems like a good match, we put together a brief proposal outlining scope, methodology, deliverables, and timeline. There's no pressure to proceed.

We work with mid-sized Thai businesses navigating growth or structural change, and with international companies looking to understand or enter the Thai market. Our clients tend to be in professional services, light manufacturing, distribution, and knowledge-intensive industries. We're not the right fit for very early-stage startups or businesses seeking quick tactical fixes.

Meaningfully involved — but not overwhelmed. We structure engagements to use leadership time well: focused interviews, facilitated decision sessions, and feedback reviews at key milestones. Most executives commit between 4 and 8 hours per week for shorter projects, somewhat less for longer ones.

Both. Our team is bilingual and comfortable working across languages within a single engagement. Deliverables can be produced in Thai, English, or both, depending on the intended audience.

Each engagement includes a final presentation and a 30-day follow-up check-in. We also offer optional implementation support on a separate basis — helping you move from recommendations to action in a structured way. Many clients choose this; some prefer to act independently with their internal team.

We work on fixed-fee project pricing, not hourly billing. The scope and deliverables are agreed upon in advance, so there are no surprises. A deposit is due at project start, with the balance upon delivery of final outputs.
